Purchasing a new or used vehicle should be a
pleasant experience, but most of the time in our society, the buyer is pressured into buying something that they don't really want or need just to make the sale, and end up with a dissatisfied customer. One that will never come back, and will not recommend your service, or dealership. I can tell you that dealing with City Auto Loans was a very pleasant and memorable experience. The finance coordinator took extra time to find the vehicle that I was completely satisfied with and that fit into my budget.
Through our phone conversations over several weeks and our bargaining over price and the vehicles that the dealership had available, the finance managers voice became quite familiar. She is a very curious, respectful, and efficient person, and a credit to your organization. I can't say enough good things about her.
I would be unafraid to recommend the dealership, City Auto Loans, and the finance coordinator to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
